Troubleshooting and Support
Restore Promoter Pass, resolve blocked weeks, protect save information, and send a useful support report.
Start with the current screen state. Punch Promoter usually explains a blocked action through Mail, a roster status, a venue requirement, or the message shown beside the button.
Continue Week is blocked
- Open Mail and resolve every message that requires action.
- Check the roster for a fighter marked Fight this week.
- Look for the active fight card on Home and finish that fight.
- Return to any pending incoming challenge or mandatory order.
- If none applies, close and reopen the app, then check the same save again.
A fight night action is unavailable
Confirm that the promotion has reached the reputation shown by the fight night pitch. Check that every attached bout uses the same fight week, the venue has room for the current bill, and the venue meets any title requirement.
Once a bout is attached, the event week is pinned. Remove the bouts if you need to move an otherwise empty draft to a different week.
Confirmed cards can be reopened only before fight week. A cancelled fight night cannot be restored, though its bouts remain scheduled.
Promoter Pass or an extra save slot is locked
Promoter Pass is a one time store purchase. Open the Promoter Pass dialog and choose Restore Purchases if you already own it. Use the same Apple account that made the purchase and make sure the device can reach the App Store.
The app can honor a previously verified entitlement while temporarily offline. A new purchase, restore, or fresh verification can still require a connection.
The price shown in the purchase dialog is the current App Store price for your storefront. This guide does not hardcode a price.
A save is missing or unavailable
First confirm that you selected the expected slot. Free play includes the first slot. Extra slots remain visible but require Promoter Pass access to load or create saves in them.
Do not delete or reinstall the app as an early troubleshooting step. Saves live on the device, and reinstalling can remove local data. Restore Purchases restores the entitlement, not a deleted local career.
The app closed or a result looks wrong
Reopen the app and return to the save. Note the game week, fighter names, screen, and action immediately before the problem. If a fight or event is still active, report that status rather than repeatedly advancing time.
Contact support
Email support@bundleup.tech with only the details needed to investigate the problem:
- Device model and iOS version.
- Punch Promoter version shown in Settings.
- Game week and any relevant in-game fighter or event names.
- The exact action you took and what appeared.
- A screenshot when it shows the issue without exposing personal information.
Do not send a save file, purchase receipt, account credentials, or sensitive personal information. Device and app details help with diagnosis but are optional.
When Send Feedback is available in the app, you can use it instead of email. Its optional technical-details control is off by default, and the first feedback release does not create or send a Sentry diagnostic event reference.
For current store availability and support links, use the Punch Promoter support page.
Android has not launched. Google Play instructions do not apply to the current release.
