How OVR helps
OVR is a fixed weighted blend of all 18 attributes. It is useful for estimating general level and spotting a one sided matchup. It does not change its weights for style, and it does not guarantee that the higher OVR fighter wins.
Use OVR to narrow the comparison, then inspect the attributes that decide how the two fighters meet. A small OVR difference can hide a major stylistic or durability problem.
Trainable and fixed areas
Training camp can focus on up to three trainable attributes. Chin and Cut Resistance are excluded from camp focus. They are durability traits to scout and protect.
Height, reach, stance, style, and weight class are also not training focus attributes. They describe the fighter and the matchup rather than the current camp plan.
Bars and radar views
The boxer screen lets you switch among Physical, Technical, and Mental categories and view bars or a radar chart. Use bars for exact comparisons and the radar for the overall shape of a fighter.
