Find and Sign Fighters
Use Recruit filters, evaluate a fighter, shape a contract offer, and manage roster space without overcommitting.
Recruiting works best when you begin with a roster need, not the most impressive name on the list. Decide whether you need a young project, a ready opponent for the local level, a future headliner, or depth in a different weight class.
Find the right candidates
Open Recruit from Home. The screen shows free agents, a Prospects only filter, a weight class filter, available roster slots, pending offers, and how many candidates are currently visible.
Your market expands as the promotion achieves more. Recruiting starts in the home country, widens through regional success, and eventually reaches the world. Reputation also matters when high potential or highly ranked fighters decide whether your promotion is credible enough.
Every displayed candidate shows real ratings. There is no separate scouting purchase that reveals hidden attributes later.
Evaluate before opening the offer
Read OVR as a summary, not a verdict. Compare POT, age, style, stance, record, rank, popularity, durability, and the individual attributes relevant to the fighter's approach. A large POT gap can be attractive, but growth slows with age and is never automatic.
Check your roster mix too. Fighters only compete within their weight class. Several boxers in one division may chase the same opponents and belts, while a wider roster can create more independent paths.
Understand the offer
The contract screen lets you adjust four terms:
| Term | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Total fights | How many fights remain under the deal |
| Weekly salary | A recurring cost while the contract is active |
| Fight purse | The boxer's share of fight revenue |
| Signing bonus | Cash paid when the fighter signs |
The interest percentage responds to the offer and to the promotion's standing. It is a probability, not an agreement. Send the offer, then advance the week to learn the result.
Protect roster and cash
Training Space sets roster capacity. Promoter Pass save slots do not change that capacity. If the gym is full, improve the facility or release space before recruiting.
The signing bonus is visible immediately, but weekly salary is the cost most likely to be underestimated. Before offering, open Finances and ask whether the promotion can carry the contract through a quiet run of weeks.
Renew deliberately
Contracts run down by fights, not calendar length. The game warns you as a deal approaches its end. Renew fighters who still fit the sporting plan and the budget. A familiar boxer may be easier to retain, but that does not make every renewal good value.
